At Jack's Surfboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your new equipment or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags attached and boards have not been waxed or used in the water.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to print a prepaid shipping label or request an exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
