How are surfboards packaged for shipping?
We take extreme care with our boards. Each surfboard is wrapped in heavy-duty bubble wrap, fitted with reinforced nose and tail guards, and shipped in a double-walled corrugated cardboard box to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
What is your return policy on wetsuits?
Wetsuits can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, have the original tags attached, and show no signs of wax or salt water exposure.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Jack's Surfboards ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions of the gear.
